By using QuitWeed AI, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
QuitWeed AI is a mobile application supporting individuals who wish to quit or reduce marijuana use. We offer:
- Abstinence time tracking
- Financial savings calculation
- Mood journal
- AI coach support
- Achievement system motivating consistency
3. Using the App
3.1 Requirements
- Age: minimum 18 years
- Device: iOS 13+ or Android 8+
- Internet connection (for sync)
3.2 Your Obligations
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes
- Do not attempt to bypass security
- Do not distribute AI coach content as professional medical advice
4. Medical Disclaimer
QuitWeed AI is NOT a medical application, a substitute for professional therapy, or a diagnostic tool.
If you experience severe withdrawal symptoms or health problems, contact a physician or addiction specialist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in US, 112 in EU).
5. Intellectual Property
- The app and its content are protected by copyright
- The logo, name, and interface are our property
- You may use the app for personal use only
6. AI Coach
6.1 Nature of Service
- AI coach is a supporting tool, not a therapist
- AI responses are auto-generated
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of all information
6.2 Limitations
- AI cannot diagnose conditions
- AI does not replace specialist help
- In crisis situations, contact appropriate services
7. Payments and Subscriptions
The app is currently free. If paid features are introduced:
- You will be informed before purchase
- You can cancel subscription at any time
- Refunds per App Store / Google Play policy
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Decisions based on information from the app
- Service interruptions
- Data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control
8.2 No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a specific purpose.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access in case of Terms violation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by courts competent for the service provider's registered office.
